What is Reset45? 

Reset45 is a 45-day bootcamp that helps you build a healthier relationship with technology, reduce screen time, and reclaim your time, focus, and energy. It combines live coaching, accountability, structured habit change, and a supportive community.

Who is Reset45 for?

Reset45 is for anyone feeling stretched thin by constant connectivity and distractions, who wants a proven system to reduce screen time without dropping their ambitions.

How much time do I need each week?

Plan for ~2 hours per week. This is made up of a 60 min live cohort call,  5–10 min daily tracking/journaling, and offline weekly challenges. Ultimately, you will get out of this, what you put in.

What if I can’t make the live calls?

All live calls are recorded and uploaded for on-demand viewing so you can follow on your schedule..

What makes Reset45 different from screen-time apps?

Apps just track your time or block sites. Reset45 gives you a proven, structured system to change your habits, rewiring your defaults so you don’t have to rely on willpower alone.
