Plan for ~2 hours per week. This is made up of a 60 min live cohort call,  5–10 min daily tracking/journaling, and offline weekly challenges. Ultimately, you will get out of this, what you put in.
All live calls are recorded and uploaded for on-demand viewing so you can follow on your schedule..
